SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We’re committed to getting your HiLo puddings to you fresh, chilled and as
quickly as possible from our Hilo HQ in Johannesburg straight to your door. Below
you’ll find everything you need to know about how our delivery works.

WHERE WE DELIVER

HIGH PROTEIN PUDDINGS (CHILLED DELIVERY)

Due to cold chain requirements and limitations, our high protein puddings are only delivered within:

  • Gauteng
  • Cape Town

Orders placed outside these areas will be cancelled and refunded for high protein pudding items.

HIGH PROTEIN MILK (NATIONWIDE DELIVERY)

Our high protein milks are shelf-stable and are delivered nationwide across South Africa.

 

DELIVERY FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your cart.

HIGH PROTEIN PUDDINGS (COLD DELIVERY)

  • Johannesburg (Within 15km's from Hilo HQ): Free
  • Rest of Gauteng: R89
  • Cape Town: R150

Puddings are delivered using cold chain transport and maintained below 5°C.

HIGH PROTEIN MILKS (STANDARD DELIVERY)

  • Nationwide shipping rates apply at checkout
  • Milk orders are shipped using standard courier services.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday to avoid weekend delays.

HIGH PROTEIN PUDDINGS

  • Gauteng: Weekly dispatch
  • Cape Town: Weekly or bi-weekly (depending on demand)

HIGH PROTEIN MILKS

  • Nationwide dispatch throughout the week

Orders placed:

  • Before 12 PM (Mon–Thu): Processed same day
  • After 12 PM or on weekends: Processed next business day
  • Orders placed after 12 PM on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday where applicable

All delivery time frames are collected and shipped according to the courier company that collects them.

 

COLLECTION OPTION

  • A collection option is available.
  • Details will be provided at checkout where applicable.

 

REFRIGERATED SHIPPING (HIGH PROTEIN PUDDING)

  • We use cold chain logistics partners to maintain temperature control from dispatch to delivery.
  • Customers must refrigerate puddings immediately upon delivery.

 

DELIVERY GUIDELINES

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order
  • Puddings must be refrigerated immediately
  • We are not responsible for products left unattended after delivery
  • Incorrect addresses or missed deliveries may result in additional delivery fees

Delivery areas, pricing, and schedules may change as we expand.
